We love working with adventurous, like-minded people who want to help others experience the magic of the Pyrenees. This page sets out what we’re offering, what we ask in return, and how we keep things smooth and fair — no contracts, just mutual trust and clarity.
What We Offer
If you help us fill 10 spots on a Carros de Foc trek, we’ll cover:
Your return flights to and from Barcelona Airport (BCN)
All in-country transfers
Accommodation (hotel nights + mountain huts)
All meals during the trip
Full guiding and logistics
A dedicated CDF booking page with your name + content
Admin support (we manage bookings, deposits, payments and forms)
What We Ask in Return
To unlock your free trip, we ask that you:
Promote the Carros de Foc Challenge through your channels (authentically, in your own style)
Drive 10 paid bookings via your personal booking page (we’ll provide the link)
Ask your followers to complete the booking form:
Post at least one story and one post during the trip
Important Info
The trip (and your spot) will only be confirmed once all 10 deposits are received
We understand last-minute dropouts happen — we can accommodate up to 2 people pulling out after paying a deposit
All travellers must agree to our full Terms & Conditions:
Deposits need to be in before January 2025 – this is when mountain huts open for booking and spaces go fast
Final balances will be due 60 days before departure
